The love of Jesus will prevail

The actor’s raw emotion in fleshing out how Matthew must have felt when Jesus spoke love into his heart, then called him to follow (showing he was not just a good-for-nothing), was so pure. Tears flowed on his face and mine! It stood out for me as one of the most believable moments in the series, which has been somewhat lopsided when it comes to grab-me-and-make-me-feel-it scenes.
