Can you believe this? Here is a film asking the great questions in life!
Examples: Who made us? What is out there?
Is there a connection between our ancient past, this world, and the universe?
Even the characters reflect life’s spiritual quest!
Noomi Rapace plays Elizabeth Shaw, an archaeologist who Rapace describes as a believer “in God” with a “very strong faith,” but that “things happen and she changes into more of a warrior.” Logan Marshall-Green, who plays Charlie Holloway, contrasts Holloway to Shaw, saying “She’s the believer. I’m the scientist. I’m the skeptic. I’m the atheist.”
Movies like this are rare. So please enjoy it with friends, and afterwards have a great discussion of these great life questions over coffee!

Does anybody besides me see the irony in this?
Religion and Science have been at odds on many issues, most notably the question,”Where does Life begin?”
This movie illustrates how these two sides can actually find something like common ground, yet still hold some aspects of their original viewpoints.
Both sides say, “I want to believe”.
The difference is WHAT they believe, and how they approach it.
Personally,I’ve always maintained that
Science tells HOW life exists,
Religion tells WHY life exists.
Works for me.
How about YOU?
