iCarly: Season 4
Season Four
From Relationship Issues To Presidential Cameos

iCarly: Season 4 is the 4th season of the hit Nickelodeon TV show starring Miranda Cosgrove, Jennette McCurdy, Nathan Kress, Jerry Trainor, and Noah Munck. This season features relation issues, Carly’s father, and the one and only, Michelle Obama!

The episode “iMeet the First Lady” is a very touching episode. It features Carly (Miranda Cosgrove) and her brother Spencer (Jerry Trainor) chatting with their dad while he’s serving in the military. As usual, you don’t see him, but that’s OK, because the scene is still sweet. Later, Michelle Obama makes an appearance and she is a delight!

During the beginning of the season, Sam (Jennette McCurdy) and Freddie (Nathan Kress) start dating and in one episode, realize that they don’t get along. They use Carly to solve all their arguments and it gets to the point where Carly gives the best piece of advice, even if it’s something that they don’t want to hear.

Bonus! The Big Bang Theory’s Jim Parsons makes an appearance as a patient in a mental institution in the episode “iLost My Mind.” He is hysterical as a man who believes that he’s from the year 2077. At one point in time, he says that Carly is the future Vice President. Too cute!

My only real complaint is the character of Spencer. Now, don’t get me wrong, Jerry Trainor is very good in the role. But I don’t believe that it was written very well. His character is basically a series of eccentricities and not enough of a character as a whole.

iCarly: Season 4 will be available on July 10th, 2012. Be sure to get it for your young child or teen when it is!
