What could possibly be better than finally getting your hands on The Avengers on Blu-Ray? How about getting that movie and all the movies leading up to it all in one, awesome looking collection? Not enough? How about also getting an exclusive bonus disc featuring never before seen, “classified” information? Yeah, sounds like a pretty sweet deal, no? The best part is it’s actually happening. This September, you can get every movie used to assemble the Avengers all locked up in one neat little case. The set will include all six movies, including Blu-Ray 3D versions of Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger and The Avengers (just in case you don’t remember, the other movies are Iron Man 1 and 2 and The Incredible Hulk). It’ll also have all of the previously released bonus material, and that special, top-secret disc packed with new behind-the-scenes peeks. Plus there’s some artwork, prop reproductions, and artifacts from the movie packed in. The first images posted at MTV certainly look pretty sweet, but how much will it cost? Well, save your money, the collection will set you back about $219. Amazon has preorders available for $152, but that’s still a lot of cash. But I’m sure for the true believers, it’s well worth it.
