I know that this is a little late. Sorry about that! But Justin, The Rebel with a Culinary Cause is the winner of The Next Food Network Star! I am very happy for him and hope that audiences will tune in to his show.
I’ll be honest, I voted for Martie. Even though I was disappointed that she didn’t win, I believe that Justin will fit in quite nicely. Plus, I believe that he could be a potential heartthrob for the ladies. After all, Giada is real popular with the men!
I watched Justin’s journey on the show since the very beginning. I remember on one episode he had to put Hershey’s Kisses in a dish and he melted them with the wrappers still on because he said that he didn’t have enough time to unwrap them. Whoops! Wrong move! Still, I believe that they liked his dish, so he recovered quite nicely.
I hope that they have the same formula for next season that they did with this one because there’s less cast drama. Last season, they had a lot of disagreements between cast members and even had a “villain” for the season. They didn’t focus on that so much this year and I hope that it will stay that way.
